Tonight we talked about snow caching. What you should wear what you should take. Tips and tricks. If you have never caches in the snow this is for you…if you have cached in the snow but it has been a while this is for you. These tips will keep you safe while caching in the snow.

    >Lithium batteries are the best in cold weather, Alkalines are the worst. None of the rechargeable are as good as Lithium in the cold, but they are better then alkaline.

    Rechargeable batteries stored in the freezer will self-drain at a slower rate.
