I myself went paperless shortly after starting geocaching because it was very difficult to haul around paper to some of the remote caches that I seem to be frequenting at the time. <br/><br/>Today I use an old Palm I705 that I picked up for a steal. I use GSAK to transfer files between my Palm and my GPSr (Vista HCx). When I had my old B&W vista I had a cable and was able to load up caches into my GPSr directly from my Palm which rocked. I am currently looking into a Pocket PC (PPC) in which I could possibly be able to switch out the cards between the two devices and download GPX files off the PPC and onto the card for the GPSr.<br/><br/>One of the things not mentioned on the show is the ability to transfer html files using GSAK. If your mobile phone can store and view html files you can export your GSAK database file in html and therefore see it on your phone. I have a Sony Ericsson W810I that I have discovered is able to do just that. I have made a GSAK database of all the Earthcaches in NV, NM, AZ, UT, and CO I then update this file every so often and put it in my phone. That way it is always with me. My phone has the ability to click on the hyperlink in the text and therefore I can log from there if I chose.
