    >Hi guys! I enjoy your podcast, and appreciate the information you provide. On your last episode, I learned how to use BBCode to create links in my posts.

One thing – the audio balance between the 3 of you always seems off: Andy's audio is much lower than the other 2 of you, so much so that when the audio on my iPod is comfortable for Darryl & Montu, I can't hear Andy. When Andy's at a comfortable level, the other 2 are blasting me out. Is there a way to bring Andy's level up to match the others?

Thanks again for your informative show!
