Why should we all help with maintenance?
Summer can be rough in some locations leaving necessary maintenance , where winter prep can be mandatory in other locations.

How often to do geocache maintenance?
Bring baggie and o-ring replacements when doing maintenance.
Make replacements of cache containers that might require full replacement when performing maintenance. You can swap out, making maintenance quicker in the field.
Follow your logs to be alerted of any unscheduled maintenance needs.
Do’s and Dont’s:
Don’t put your plastic ammo can in a tree like an acorn.
Do schedule regular maintenance at least once a year for your caches. More regularly for your high find hides.
